Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top IT talent to meet the staffing needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical job specifications and requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified IT candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate the negotiation process between candidates, including offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and market developments to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter, with a track record of successfully placing candidates in IT roles.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skills.
- Excellent sourcing skills and experience using sourcing tools and techniques.
- Ability to effectively screen and assess candidates based on technical qualifications and cultural fit.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
