KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Talent Acquisition and Management: Drive end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. Implement onboarding programs and employee development plans.
  2. HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory compliances such as PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), and other labor laws. Handle all HR-related legal and compliance matters, including maintaining up-to-date records.
  3. Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures Create a structured framework for employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
  4. HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations including payroll, employee benefits, and grievance handling.
  5. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Act as a point of contact for employee issues and provide necessary support.
  6. Employer Branding: Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent and enhance company reputation.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. 4+ years of HR experience in an engineering or manufacturing company.
  2. Strong knowledge of HR compliances, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  3. A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently.
  4. Proven experience in hiring top talent in engineering companies.
  5. Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
