Specific Deliverables will include:
- Spearhead the client engagement, understand the project requirement, identify the resources and ensure successful engagement delivery.
- Understand / Implement / Monitor / Review customer process studies – both finance (accounting & book closing, management information, compliances, taxes, audit, etc.) and commercial (procurement, costing, warehousing, logistics, invoicing, collections, etc.)
- Identify, create and facilitate process design changes relevant to the scope of work in a client’s business.
- Timely delivery of periodic as well as one-time milestones as per scope of work agreed with client.
- Ensure managing the project related data in structured form to facilitate any upcoming transactions.
- Recognize, quantify and assist in implementing business process improvements (revenue leakage arrests, cost reductions, manpower efficiency improvements, cash management changes, working capital improvements, etc.)
- Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts.
- Facilitate project meetings and presentations to client management as well as operating teams depending on scope of work.
- Stay current with customer needs and strategies.
- Communicate to relevant levels within client teams utilizing formal and informal written communication methods, for example, emails, presentations, executive updates, task lists, to communicate updates and findings.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: CA with 5 –7 years relevant experience.
- Need to have independently led accounting and finance team in book closing, audit and management reporting.
- Preference will be given for Experience of facing statutory audit of a business where the audit is conducted by Big 4/ reputed leading audit firms.
- Should have handled at least a team size of 4 team members.
- Should have worked in leading ERP software’s and have excellent MS Office skills.
- Strength areas to include analytical skills, articulation, teamwork and passion for delivery.
Must have Criteria:
- 5-7 years of experience in Consulting / CA firm.
- Demonstrated ability to manage clients (or Projects) independently.
- Good understanding of Accounts, Audit and Commercial processes.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
