Experience : 5 – 10 years
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel.
- Experience with pricing software/tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence decision-making through data and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies across products to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
- Create pricing models and tools to support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor and report on pricing effectiveness, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Conduct margin and profitability analysis for existing and new offerings.
- Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies and external regulatory requirements.
- To suggest and lead the implementation of pricing tool suitable for our business.
- Train and support cross-functional teams on pricing tools and best practices.
