Qualification: MCA inter/CMA/COM/MBA

Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad

Experience:

• 3 to 4 years as Team Lead who can manage a team with the size of 4-5 members.

Requirements:

• Having experience in Industry like Telecom/Manufacturing
• Should know about the Process of Internal Control in the areas of Inventory/ Fixed.
• Asset/Manpower Outsource/Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable
• Exposure to MS Office with reasonable experience in preparing Excel sheets & familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software.

Job Description for Accountant/Finance Team Lead

• Daily tracking of revenue, inventory, material usage, debtors & collection, payments
• Implementing company-mandated controls in these areas and monitoring controls
• Preparation of various reports pertaining to the above areas
• Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control.
• Manage accounts receivable of specified branch or division.
• Manage accounts payable of specified branches or divisions.

• Maintaining a Fixed Asset Schedule of a specified branch or division.
• Ensuring Statutory and Tax Compliance
• Support our tax professionals in preparing Monthly, quarterly, and annual returns.
• Ledger scrutiny and review of Trial Balance
• Review and update accounting processes and procedures as needed.
